Dedicated individuals [teachers], with sound knowledge, expertise and patience to guide and challenge learning in young [and often challenged and challenging] individuals, PLUS the willingness to monitor and adjust this in a myriad of ways for the specific needs of the individual.
The person and their growth is key.
